Love this recipe!
1 lemon cake mix (bake as directed)
Let cake cool completely. With a fork, poke holes throughout the entire cake surface.
Mix 1 large box (2 small boxes) lemon Jell-o with 2 cups of boiling water, then pour over the entire cake. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Frosting:
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 cup milk
1/4 cup powder sugar
1 small package of instant lemon pudding
Combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over cake. Keep cake refrigerated.
We have tried this recipe in so many varietes.....strawberry, raspberry, black forest, etc. etc. Don't be afraid to experiment! It always turns out good!
