So simple and so delicious.
1 devils food cake mix
2 eggs
3/4 cup shortening
Mix together well. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. I use a cookie scoop to make them all the same size. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
I frost them with homemade buttercream frosting, but you can use canned frosting as well. (Cream cheese frosting would be good)
Frost the bottom of one cookie and place another cookie on top! Like I said, easy and oh so good!
