These make a ton of cookies and you can add pretty much whatever you have around the house! Very versatile!
This recipe makes A TON, so I would suggest cutting it in half! You will still have PLENTY!!!!!
CREAM: 2 cubes of butter
ADD: 1 lb. brown sugar (approx. 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups packed)
2 cups granulated sugar
6 eggs
1 1/2 lbs peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp white karo syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup + 1/2 tsp flour
MIX WELL AND ADD:
9 cups oatmeal
chocolate chips, M&Ms, peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips, choc. chunks, etc
Bake for 7-8 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
