Funeral Potatoes

This isn't Gma Henderson's recipe, but this is still a good variation on funeral potatoes.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup grated onion (optional)
3 T. butter melted
3/4 cup cornflake crumbs

Combine the top 5 ingredients and mix well. Pour over diced potatoes. Melt the butter and combine with the cornflake crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees or until they are hot and bubbly!
