3 C Sugar
3/4 C margarine
2/3 C evaporated milk
1 pkg (12 oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 t vanilla
1 C chopped nuts (optional)
Microwave margarine 1 minute or until melted.
Add sugar and milk and mix well.
Microwave 5 minutes stirring after 3 minutes (scrape sides).
Microwave 5 1/2 more minutes stirring after 3 minutes.
Gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spread in a lightly greased 9" x 13" pan.

Fudge always reminds me of growing up. Gma H can make fudge and hot fudge out of almost anything.
LOL on Gma! How true that is! Sure brings back some good memories!
