Peanut Butter Filling

Our Chocolate Molten Lava Cake recipe  is probably one of my favorite recipes!  It seems so fancy but it is so easy to make!  I made them for Mary Rose's birthday and she had said peanut butter and chocolate both sounded good, so I decided to change this recipe up a bit!

Still make the main recipe the same!  But make this one as well:

For every 4 lava cakes mix together:

3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon softened butter
1 Tablespoon powdered sugar

That's it!  Simple, right?

When you put the lava cake batter into the ramekins only put about 2/3 of the amount in as you normally would.  Then put about a tablespoon or so of the peanut butter filling right in the middle of the batter.  Next put the remaining 1/3 batter over the peanut butter filling to cover.

Follow the same baking instructions as normal (13-14 minutes) and you have a super yummy chocolate molten lava cake with a gooey peanut butter filling!  Seriously, so, so good!!!  Enjoy!
