We've all had this and it is EASY and delish! Enjoy!
Bake a chocolate cake. When it cools, poke holes into the cake Pour sweetened condensed milk over the top. Pour 1 jar of caramel sauce over the top. When the cake is cool, top with whipping cream or cool whip (your preference). Break 3 to 5 HEATH or SCORE candy bars into tiny chunks and sprinkle over the top of the cool whip. Yum!
