We made this pork loin tonight and it was a big hit. The marinade kept the pork super moist (I joked that it is an everything but the kitchen sink recipe with all the ingredients, but it is quick and easy to put together) and the sauce is sooo good! This recipe came from The Life With Janet blog. Give it a try! It is delicious!
