Mom remembered grandma Henderson making shrimp dip pretty similar to this one when she was younger. We didn’t have the exact recipe so we looked some recipes up and this one seemed to be pretty close. It turned out really well and it’s definitely something we will make again. Serve with ruffles potato chips or your favorite cracker.
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened to room temp.
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp. chili sauce
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1 (4 oz) can tiny shrimp
sliced green onions, for topping (optional)
Mix everything together! You can chop the shrimp into smaller pieces if desired, as well as mixing in extra green onion. Enjoy!
