Crock Pot Lasagna

1 Jar of prego meat or traditional spaghetti sauce (I used a jar of marinara)
1 Box of lasagna noodles
1 Medium cottage cheese
Mozzarella and/or colby jack cheese
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper

For the crockpot, you can use the noodles dry. Just spray the bottom of the crockpot with cooking spray. Pour a small amount of sauce to cover the bottom of the crockpot, and then place a layer of dry noodles, then mixture of cottage cheese and mozzarella/colby jack, and then italian seasoning and salt and pepper. Then sauce, and keep layering until full. Just make sure your last layer ends with cheese on top. Cook for 3 hours on high in crockpot, 4-5 on low. If you want to bake it, just cook the noodles and then layer in a pan and cook on 350.

*Modifications*
I added an extra layer of cheese on the top (without the cottage cheese)
You can cook meat and add it in with the sauce layer (my kids preferred it without the meat, but Brent liked it better with ground turkey). We also cooked the meat separate once, and he added it on top of the cooked lasagna.
You can use whatever sauce you want, but it rocks with marinara sauce!
