The Keller's next door neighbor makes them this delicious caramel popcorn, so I had to get the recipe and make it for myself! It is AMAZING! She says you can use this caramel recipe for caramel apples as well :)
Air popped or kettle corn
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup (white)
1/2 cup butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Bring the brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter to a boil and boil for 3-5 minutes. Add the can of sweetened milk and boil for 3-5 minutes more. Add this to the desired amount of popcorn. The amount of popcorn depends on what you prefer, I prefer to have a little popcorn with my caramel :)
